Freshmen Housing Application (~1/28) *THIS HOUSING APPLICATION IS OPEN ONLY FOR 2020 SPRING FRESHMEN AND RETURNING STUDENTS. Important Dates: January 13 - 28, 2020: Freshmen application for 2020 Spring IGC Housing - All incoming students are required to apply for housing during this period. Please note that all new students should select a move in date that is before the New Student Welcome Week (up to February 17). - Go to the IGC Housing website (housing.igc.or.kr), click "LOG-IN" on the top right corner, and create a temporary account. - You must put the University code (information sent via email with title: Housing Information for New Students) to create an account and apply for your housing. DO NOT SHARE THE UNIVERSITY CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE. *You need to submit your Tuberculosis (TB) chest x-ray test result when you apply, so please visit a nearby medical center to have your TB test result ready. February 10 - 17, 2020: New Student Housing Check-in (Move-in Dates) - Students can start moving into their residence halls (housing) starting from February 10. Please note that you must move in by February 17 as New Student Welcome Week (NSWW) will start from the morning of February 18, 2020. February 17, 2020 (2 p.m. - 6 p.m.): New Student Move-in Day with Resident Assistants (RAs) - In the afternoon of February 17, SUNY Korea's Resident Assistants (student leaders who support students and promote safe on-campus living) will be available to help you check in to the residence halls (housing). This is a great chance to meet your RAs ahead of time, so if you want to make use of this opportunity, you should move in on February 17. A more detailed schedule will be released as the start of the semester gets closer, so keep an eye out on your email! If you have any questions or concerns regarding housing, please email student@sunykorea.ac.kr and we'll be happy to help. *Please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
