Due to the variability in research participation rates based on the individual's status as an undergraduate, master, international, or domestic student, it is imperative to first seek guidance from the Research Support Team.
Changes in personnel expenses must be applied for according to the prescribed procedures and approved by Research Support Team, and must adhere to the standards set by the supporting organization, if any.
It is a fundamental policy to secure confirmation of employment prior to the participation date; however, in cases of extenuating circumstances, pertinent administrative procedures must be finalized by the 10th of each month.
