All students are required to read, understand and adhere to the University deadlines. Spring 2025 classes begin on Friday, February 21, 2025 for SBU Korea and Monday, February 24, 2025 for FIT Korea. Students who are not enrolled in at least one course before these dates will incur a late registration fee. Tuition billing statements are sent via email. Any outstanding tuition balance after the payment due date will result in late fees, applied according to the following schedule.

A tuition payment is made to the student’s virtual bank account by wire transfer. A tuition receipt is issued within two business days via student email. For inquiries about installment payments, please contact SUNY Korea Bursar’s Office below.
The late registration fee is assessed to students who register on or after the first day of classes. Please see the academic calendar for more information regarding this charge.
A late fee is charged each month your semester bill remains unpaid or is not deferred by financial aid. This charge is assessed on or after the 15th of each month. This is charged at a rate of $50 each month, up to $200 per semester as shown in the table above. Please pay by the due date shown on your Billing Notification E-mail sent to your e-mail account.
