If a student chooses not to attend the university, they must officially withdraw through the appropriate office. Simply not attending classes does not constitute an official withdrawal, nor does it absolve the student of financial obligations or entitle them to a refund.
Students seeking a refund must complete an official refund form, available at the following link. They may also consult their department coordinator for further guidance.
Completed refund forms can be emailed to the Bursar’s Office at bursar@sunykorea.ac.kr. Refunds will not be processed if the student has outstanding balances from any previous semester. Once approved, refunds will be issued accordingly.
