The SUNY Korea Library is a modern, bookless library designed to inspire creativity and support academic excellence. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Academic Building A, it offers resources for research and education in a collaborative and innovative environment. The library features 4 group study rooms, a reading lounge, and 156 individual study zones, providing the perfect space for study, collaboration, and imagination. The SUNY Korea Library is open to SUNY Korea community members.

Printing & Copying Guidelines

HOW TO USE THE PRINTER

    Only For Enrolled Students

    Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in the semester can use it for free.

  • 02
    Only Black-and-white Copies

    Students can print a maximum of 500 black-and-white copies. Scanning is unlimited.

    Color printing is available for a fee on the first floor of Building A.

    Id For Login
    • SBU : Delete the first digit of the student ID number.
    • FIT : Delete @ of the student ID number.
  • 04
    Printer Setting

    Ensure you are using the Kyocera TASKalfa 3011i KX printer.

    If You Need Assistance

    Paper jam, out of paper or in any error, Please Call 032-626-1123 for help and wait for instructions from the support team.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • A
    Damaging or unauthorized exporting of materials or furniture
  • B
    Leaving personal items unattended
  • C
    Lending library cards or providing library accounts to others
  • D
    Drinking in the library (the only exception is water in a secured container)
  • E
    Eating in the library
  • F
    Loud singing or chatting, or any mobile phone usage which produces noise (such as chatting, games, videos, etc.)

    Smoking in the library
  • H
    Taking other users’ belongings
  • I
    Using the computers for any purpose other than academic research
  • J
    Attaching signs or notices outside of a designated location
  • K
    Distributing or selling printed matter or goods
  • L
    Interfering with other users, engaging in offensive behavior, or threatening the safety of others
  • M
    Behaving in any manner deemed inappropriate for normal library use
  • N
    Animals, except service & therapy animals, law enforcement animals, and assistance animals
  • O
    Children aged 14 and under, unless accompanied and supervised by an adult (a person 18 years or older)
  • P
    Wheeled and/or motorized vehicles other than wheelchairs
  • Please visit the 2nd floor of the IGC Library with your ID card and request the library staff to activate your seat reservation.

  • Please visit the 1st floor of the IT Center on the 1st floor of the IGC building with your ID card and request registration as a SUNY Korea student.

  • To access the SUNY Korea Library, students, faculty, and staff must use their ID Card to enter. Visitors outside SUNY Korea may enter only with prior approval from the SUNY Korea Library.
