[AMS Department] 2023 Math Competition

The Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics is pleased to announce the annual SUNY Korea Math Competition. All SUNY Korea undergraduate students can participate. Detailed information is given below.


2023 Math Competition
  • Date: Saturday, November 11, 2023
  • Schedule: 10 AM - 12 PM, Math Competition
                     12 PM - 1 PM,  Lunch
  • Place: Will be announced later
  • Registration Link: https://forms.gle/FF1jnrfrToc6s4Q37
    • Please submit this application form no later than November 5, 2023.
  • Required knowledge: Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, and Probability
    • Calculus will be excluded.
    • No calculator is allowed.
 
Winner Prize
  • 1st Place: 500,000 KRW, 1 student
  • Excellence Award: 250,000 KRW each, 2 students
  • Honorable Mention: 100,000 KRW each, 3 students
    * The prize will be given in a Shinsegae gift card.
    ** The award ceremony will be held on a separate day.
