We are excited to announce the return of the 2023 Busan International Advertising Festival Young Stars Advertising Competition after a four-year break from its offline format. 
 
As the world's first university student advertising competition, it is designed to discover and nurture talented young creators in the advertising and marketing industries. YOUNG STARS is a global competition inviting students from around the world to submit innovative ideas related to the announced contest theme. The competition will take place over a four-day period during the MAD STARS event. Industry experts in advertising will impartially judge the submissions. Winners of the competition will receive internship opportunities and various benefits corresponding to their awards. Additionally, the winning works will be utilized as promotional materials.

  • Eligible Participants
    • Individual or team of 2
    • Students in college or university, graduate students (master's degree), and students on leave.
    • Military service personnel and those with suspension of graduation
  • How to Apply: Apply online MAD Starts website -> COMPETITION -> YOUNG STARS -> Click Registration -> Complete - > Submit -> Complete the application (only in English)
    • You need to submit documents such as Portfolio and Winning Certification (not required) in PDF format (in one file)
  • Benefits for Finalist
    • Qualifications of participation in Young Stars MAD Competition 2023
    • Provide observer tickets to MAD STARS 2023 (Opening Ceremony, Awards, Exhibition, Conference)
    • Accommodations will be provided for 5 nights, 6 days (Airfare, meals and transportation costs are not inclusive)
