Dear Students,

We would like to share an opportunity for you to participate in an internship position at Gen. G.

Its unique portfolio of teams, winners of 7 global championships to date, includes the Seoul Dynasty franchise of the Overwatch League; 2014 & 2017 League of Legends World, and the 2022 Summer LCK champion team in South Korea; the world’s top all-female Fortnite team, and the NBA2K League’s historic expansion franchise based in Los Angeles; and top-ranked teams in PUBG, and Valorant.     ·Attending 4-year university

·High level of verbal and written communication skills (English & Korean)

·Fast learner, team player, and excellent organizer

·Experienced in Google Sheets, Slides

·Strong sense of marketing strategies, numbers, and a detail-oriented personality

· Passionate about Esports and experience in Gaming or Esports Industry

· Experienced in Canva, Miricanvas, Adobe Photoshop

▪️ Responsibilities:

[School  Team]

     • Operations Assistant (1)
       - Present ideas for managing students and their future education
       - Set, communicate, and follow up based on the needs of a given workload
       - Manage students to follow up with their education and to behave properly
       - Understand and advise students to seek proper pathways and set goals for themselves
       - Create documents (PowerPoint, excel, docx, Canva, Miricanvas, etc.) when requested

     
 Education Assistant (1)
       - Help conduct research for crafting lesson plans and syllabi for new and existing courses
       - Help create materials, such as powerpoint presentations, in relation to lesson plans and course materials
       - Assist with administrative work for our education program (PowerPoint, excel, docx, etc.)
       - Liaison and communicate with other team members regarding various education-related projects
       - Assist with developing and polishing new and existing syllabi

[Global Program Team]
      
• Global Program Assistant (1)
       - Assist in the planning and managing of the global game coaching program and create various marketing materials
       - Contribute to preparing next year's programs, such as the esports camp, practicum, and varsity bootcamp in Korea
       - Manage collegiate esports clubs (Gen.G University) and partnership activities

[Partnership Team]

      • Korea Partnership Team Assistant (1)
       - Develop and propose innovative partnership strategies & ideas
       - Design and produce posters, PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, and reports tailored to the team’s requirements.
       - Coordinate and manage offline events with partners according to the internal schedule.
       - Address and follow up on client requests.
       - Organise, communicate, and track progress based on the demands of the assigned workload.
