Spring 2024 On Campus Housing Resident Selection Process (Additional)

If you wish to apply for Spring 2024 IGC Housing, then you must follow this new process.Please read through all of the information thoroughly AND submit the correct document(s).
In order to prioritize on campus housing for students whose residency is far from campus, the Residential College (RC) Team will undergo the resident selection process starting from the Spring 2024 semester.
Priority will be given in the order of the following criteria:
Live on campus requirement
Permanent address
Entry semester (more recent first)
All applicants interested in on campus housing will be required to submit the required document(s) during the application period to be considered. The document needs to be issued within 30 days of submission to be considered.
*Anyone found to have submitted false documentation will be subject to disciplinary action and will not be eligible for housing priority.
TIMELINE:
1. Application & Document Submission Period (Additional): January 3 - 4, 2024 - APPLICATION LINK:https://forms.gle/5gBrKWbYJGL1uXEY6 *Priority will be given to those who have applied in the initial application period (Dec. 4-10)
**Late applications will not be accepted
2. Application Review & Result Announcement: January 5
*Those placed in the waitlist will also be notified
3. IGC Housing Application Period: January 8 - 11, 2024
*Only the students who are notified by the RC Team will be eligible to apply
**Any other applications will be automatically cancelled
4. IGC Housing Additional Application Period: February 19, 2024
*Will only be opened if there are available rooms / first-come, first-served
IMPORTANT NOTES:
There will be a waitlist system if there are more applications submitted than available rooms.
If you do not submit your application & document(s) during the submission period, then you will not be eligible to submit the IGC Housing application even if you qualify for the priority group.This includes submission of incorrect document(s). Please re-submit the correct document by the deadline to be considered.
