On November 13, 2024, SUNY Korea CDC hosted the “Seminar on Employment Strategies at Major Companies in Korea” (2025년 상반기 대기업 취업 전략 A-Z), held at Building C105 from 12:00 to 14:00. This insightful seminar, conducted exclusively in Korean, provided an excellent opportunity for SUNY Korea students interested in pursuing careers at major companies in Korea. The session was attended by RSVP’d students, who also enjoyed a provided lunch.
The seminar covered essential strategies for successful employment at leading Korean companies, with case studies on prominent organizations such as LF, Shinsegae, Celltrion, Hanwha, CJ, and Nexon. The speaker guided students through a series of topics designed to equip them with the tools needed to navigate the competitive job market in Korea.
The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to gain insights into practical employment strategies and ask specific questions about their career goals. This seminar provided invaluable advice for SUNY Korea students planning to join major Korean corporations, helping them to tailor their employment approaches for 2025 and beyond.
