On November 30, 2024, SUNY Korea CDC hosted the “2024 Fall Alumni Talk,” held at Building C107 from 11:30 to 13:30. This inspiring event provided an excellent opportunity for SUNY Korea students to connect with alumni from SBU and FIT, who shared their career journeys and valuable tips for professional success. The session was attended by RSVP’d students, who also enjoyed a provided lunch.

The event featured two accomplished alumni:

• Christian Choi (SBU): “Pushing Boundaries: My Career Path with Assembly”

• Seohyung Park (FIT): “Make It Happen: My Career Path with Shinsegae International”

The speakers shared insights from their experiences at Assembly, Concentrix, and Shinsegae International, offering practical advice on leveraging personal strengths, navigating the application process, and excelling in the professional world.

The session concluded with a Q&A segment, where students engaged with the speakers, asked career-specific questions, and gained tailored advice for their future paths. This event provided invaluable guidance and inspiration for SUNY Korea students preparing to enter the competitive job market.
