IGC Career Team hosted an online career mentoring session on Monday, April 24 in collaboration with Itdaa (잇다), the growing career mentoring service platform in Korea that provides verified mentors with full profiles.

As a mentor, we invited Suhyun Kim, who is a Career Recruiting Lead at Johnson & Johnson, the largest and most widely-based healthcare company in the world. Using her extensive experience, she shared her career journey and provided practical tips for career preparation, from job hunting to writing cover letters for landing a job at a global company. Also, a Q&A session took place so attendees could ask questions and receive advice from the mentor.

This was a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights from an expert in the field of human resources and learn from her personal experience in a leading global company.
