Deloitte Korea consists of Deloitte Anjin, an accounting firm responsible for accounting and tax advisory services, and Deloitte Consulting, responsible for consulting services in financial advisory. Through an integrated collaboration with Deloitte member firms worldwide, they provide professional services that meet the demands of clients.
• Must be available for full-time work for 3 months (+α) starting mid-October
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or IT-related fields (domestic or international)
• Experience or background in HRT consulting or related fields (including experience in HR planning/operations at companies or HR system/operations consulting at consulting firms)
• Understanding of the consulting business
• Competencies that meet Global Talent Standard
▪️ Responsibilities:
• Support for the PMO (Project Management Office) of HRT-related projects
• Assist in establishing HR Digital Transformation strategies
• Support the implementation of HR Cloud systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Workday HCM
