• General Affairs (Operations)
- providing support for events of the University/external organizations
- providing campus tours
- managing interior and exterior signs of the University
- providing support for tasks related to building access
and security
- providing support for facility
maintenance/repair/renovation
- providing support for tasks related to improving the
University environment
- providing support for arranging offices and
accommodation
- providing support for managing facility reservation
- handling tasks related to asset management
• Human Resources
- managing tasks related to staff recruitment (preparing job posting, interviews, etc.)
- issuing certificates for staff members
- managing tasks related to congratulations and condolences program for staff members
- managing tasks related to online education program for staff members
• Other necessary tasks of HR & Operations Team (i.e. managing official letters, preparing reports, writing e-mails, sorting mail and packages, handling general queries, etc.)
